Letter from the Board of Directors, Announcing Acting Executive Director

Dear Supporters and Friends,

The Toberman Board of Directors announces that Lorenzo Hernandez has been named acting Executive Director of Toberman Neighborhood Center, effective January 10, 2022.

We extend our deep appreciation to the leadership of Darlene Kiyan as she transitions to her new role. Since 2018, Darlene has played a critical role in the growth and success of Toberman Neighborhood Center. Under her leadership, we have completed a cultural

transformation, established key community partnerships to expand our reach, expanded our staff, and grown our community programs to serve more clients than ever before.

Darlene leaves the organization in a strong position for continued growth, both

financially and programmatically.

Our board has formed a search committee to find a new permanent Executive Director.
