The Harbor Area Family Development Network is a group of agencies committed to strengthening and supporting families and individuals in need.

FDN Eligibility Requirements

Must must be a low income or poverty resident of the city of Los Angeles. That includes the following zip codes:

Eligible residents will need the following documents:
