Grants awarded to Toberman by The Ahmanson Foundation & Ralph M Parsons Foundation
Toberman's Healthy Living and Learning after-school program recently received grants from The Ahmanson Foundation and the Ralph M. Parsons Foundation. Our gratitude is immeasurable. We thank the Ahmanson Foundation for their "...simple principle of building community for the common good..." and the Parsons Foundation for "...enriching the fabric of Los Angeles by investing in the very best human services..." And most importantly, we thank them for believing and supporting Toberman's mission.
The Ahmanson Foundation -- serves Los Angeles County by funding cultural projects in the arts and humanities, education at all levels, health care, programs related to homelessness and underserved populations as well as a wide range of human services. By supporting non-profit organizations that demonstrate sound fiscal management, efficient operation and program integrity, the Foundation strives to enhance the quality of life and cultural legacy of the Los Angeles community.
The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation -- for nearly 30 years, their grantmaking has helped Southern California's best non-profit organizations to provide critically needed services to hundreds of thousands of people - the vast majority of them poor, disadvantaged and in need.
