Planned Giving

Planned giving creates opportunities for both Toberman and our donors. You can be a philanthropist, even if you are not wealthy. It’s easy and you can receive a true financial benefit while you help others.

Your gift to the center will greatly help Toberman’s mission to empower low-income members of the community to help move them past poverty and achieve financial independence. Toberman has four endowments funds you can choose from that will ensure your legacy:

Teaching Children: education, athletics, and the arts

Programs include athletics, music, arts and crafts, and education, including: after school tutoring, computer skills, phonics, math, and a home-study high school where you graduate with a diploma from LAUSD.

Keeping Families Together

Services include family counseling, emergency services, filling the food pantry, providing clothing, job training, and gang intervention work.

Facilities Maintenance

Provides for purchasing new equipment, repairs, and maintenance to provide the best services to clients.

General Mission Work

Support programs that move low-income individuals from poverty to self-sufficiency and empower them for a lifetime. As you can see, you can make meaningful charitable contributions by carefully planning your gifts.

We will be pleased to provide you with more information. There is no obligation and your information will be kept confidential.
