Toberman Neighborhood Center is a non-profit organization that provides social services to low-income individuals and families in the Harbor area, helping them move from poverty to self-sufficiency.
Safe Passage
The Intervention unit institutes the Safe Passage Program at local middle and high schools to ensure that youth are safe after dismissal. The unit’s presence near the campuses helps to prevent violence. This approach assists in the identification of individuals in need of services, as well as, monitor individuals working toward a gang-free lifestyle.
