
Case Management
Intervention staff works with the client to establish a positive working relationship, conduct assessments, develop a Service Plan, and link clients with rehabilitative services in the community.
The Intervention unit has established a network of resources that include: group and individual counseling, tattoo removal, chemical dependency recovery, legal assistance, anger management courses, vocational support, mentoring, academic support, parenting classes, emergency services (food, shelter, and clothing), and recreation and sports activities.
